Ashwagandha: May cause an upset stomach, loose stools, nausea, and drowsiness.
Rhodiola Rosea Root: May cause dizziness and either dry mouth or excessive saliva production.
Vitamin B3 (Niacin): High doses of niacin can cause severe skin flushing combined with dizziness, rapid heartbeat, itching, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and liver damage.
