It’s been a few weeks of taking these supplements and in the first few days I felt complete mental clarity and my energy levels had never been so high! So far I haven’t had any losses on the scales however what I suppose was bloat and inflammation around my stomach has reduced significantly. Having my first period on these supplements I noticed that I had no bloat at all!! How amazing I could still wear my jeans where as usually I couldn’t wear them as they got too tight! Definitely works and keeps my acne at bay… can notice my skin settling within a few days of using this product! I also take the Balance powder daily.
