Ingredients per serving: Apple cider vinegar 50mg, Guarana 300mg (from 37.5Mg 8:1 extract), Capsicum 100mg (from 12.5Mg 8:1 extract), Kelp 100mg (from 10mg 10:1 extract), Korean ginseng 300mg (from 6mg 50:1 extract).
Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.
Apple Cider Vinegar: May cause tooth decay, low potassium, delayed stomach emptying, esophageal burns, skin burns, hypoglycemia.
