Ingredients (per serve): L-Carnitine Tartrate 3g.
Mix one level scoop in any liquid you like either 30 minutes before activity or in the morning.
Please Note:It's a 5ml scoop, but with the low density of the powder, 1 level scoop is equal to 3g L-Carnitine.
L-Carnitine naturally has a bitter taste as well, so we do recommend mixing it with something flavoured, whether it be Balance or something else.
Some individuals may experience mild side effects.
These can include gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, stomach upset, vomiting, or diarrhea. Headaches and feelings of restlessness have also been reported in studies.
If you’re taking certain medications, such as pivalate-conjugated antibiotics, valproic acid, or other anticonvulsants - speak with your healthcare professional before use, as interactions may occur.
