Inositol: Myo inositol powder 4g.

Thermo Burn: Citrus Aurantium (Bitter Orange) 250mg, Caffeine 100mg, N-Acetyl L-Carnitine 50mg, Guarana 400mg (from 50mg 8:1 extract), Green Tea 575mg (from 25mg 23:1 extract).

Thermo Burn: Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.
Metabolism Support: Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.

Balance (Multivitamin):

Magnesium: May cause a laxative effect if taken in high doses. If you're co-supplementing Balance, consider how much magnesium you're consuming overall per day.

Vitamin D3: DO NOT take Balance if you have or are showing any signs of hypercalcemia (a condition in which the calcium level in the blood becomes too high).

L-Arginine: NOT recommended following acute myocardial infarction.

Thermo Burn:

Caffeine: Caffeine can interact with various psychiatric medications, including antidepressants, antipsychotics, anxiolytics, and sedatives. Take caffeine supplementation with precaution, especially if you have an underlying medical condition.

Metabolism Boost:

Apple Cider Vinegar: May cause tooth decay, low potassium, delayed stomach emptying, esophageal burns, skin burns, and hypoglycemia.

Korean Ginseng: May cause diarrhea, insomnia, headaches, rapid heartbeat, blood pressure fluctuations, and allergies.

Guarana: May cause insomnia, anxiety, tachycardia, gastric pain, tremor, agitation, confusion, hypertension, and dehydration.

Inositol:

Myo Inositol: At high doses, inositol may cause nausea, diarrhea, and/or gas. If you have a history of liver or kidney diseases or conditions, take myo-inositol with caution.
