Frequently Asked Questions

This will be a case by case situation so ideally always best to speak to your pharmacist or healthcare professional when it comes to the CoQ10 in particular.

It is important with Folic Acid in particular to not only commence it before pregnancy, but during also. When the baby is developing early during pregnancy, folic acid may help form the neural tube. Folic acid is very important because it may also help prevent some major birth defects of the baby's brain (anencephaly) and spine (spina bifida). Inositol also has been shown to assist in reducing the risk of developing gestational diabetes.
