Can I take this if I’m currently trying to conceive?
While trying to conceive, Sleep, Stress & brain fog is safe but if is not safe while pregnant or breastfeeding so should be ceased immediately upon conception.
Do I have to take this in the morning?
Although ideally taken in the morning, it is not a must. It is fine to take at any time of the day if another time suits your schedule better.
