Green Tea: May cause an upset stomach, insomnia, iron-deficiency anemia, and headache. Please note: The caffeine in green tea may make anxiety worse.

Acetyl L-Carnitine: May cause gastrointestinal issues such as stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea can be common complaints. Neurological effects: Headaches and restlessness may occur. Odor Changes: A "fishy" odour in urine, breath, and sweat has been reported.

Folic Acid: May cause nausea, loss of appetite, bloating. Take Folic Acid with caution, especially if you have a history of a medical condition/disease. Avoid taking more than the recommended doses per day.

Omega 3 Fish Oil: Unpleasant taste! At high doses, it may cause bad breath, bad-smelling sweat, headache, and gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, nausea, and diarrhea.

Peppermint: May cause heartburn and allergic reactions including flushing, headache, and mouth sores.

Vitamin C: High doses can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, heartburn, stomach cramps or bloating, fatigue and sleepiness (or sometimes insomnia), headache, and skin flushing.
