Skin + Hair: Vitamin C 100mg, Omega 3 Fish Oil Powder 50mg (Contains Fish), DIM 50mg, Zinc Picolinate 10mg, Iron 10mg, Vitamin D3 30mcg(0.75iu), Spearmint 100mg (from 25mg 4:1 extract), Vitamin E 7mg, Vitamin B5 5mg, Saw Palmetto 50mg (from 2.5mg 20:1 extract), Panothanic Acid 5mg, Vitamin A 1mg, Biotin 60mcg, Potassium Iodide 0.1mg (Providing 72mcg Iodine).
