Inositol: Myo inositol powder 4g


NAC: NAC N acetyl l cysteine (NAC) 600mg

Balance (Multivitamin): Simply mix one level scoop in any liquid you like, stir well. Ideally, take Balance first thing in the morning upon waking.


Inositol: Simply mix one scoop in any liquid you like, stir well. Best taken in the morning or mid-afternoon.


NAC: Take 1 capsule per day, ideally in the mornings.

Balance (Multivitamin):

Magnesium: May cause a laxative effect if taken in high doses. If you're co-supplementing Balance, consider how much magnesium you're consuming overall per day.

Vitamin D3: DO NOT take Balance if you have or are showing any signs of hypercalcemia (a condition in which the calcium level in the blood becomes too high).

L-Arginine: NOT recommended following acute myocardial infarction.

Inositol: At high doses, inositol may cause nausea, diarrhoea and/or gas. If you have a history of Liver or kidney diseases/conditions, take myo-inositol with caution.

NAC: NAC may cause mild nausea, stomach upset, vomiting. It should be avoided in pregnant and breastfeeding women. NAC may interact with nitroglycerin, activated charcoal, chloroquine, some antihypertensive drugs, and some anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.

Frequently Asked Questions

It's true, Balance contains the daily recommended amount of Inositol. However we have found that many customers were buying additional Inositol and seeing extra health benefits. So to make it more affordable to combined in a bundle for those wishing to use both.

The odour you smell is likely from the sulphur that is part of NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine), this is completely normal and why it is in a capsule and not a powder.
